Experiencing the Relationship System Intelligence (RSI) tools selected by Lisa and Suzanne and using them to work through some of our own team challenges made our conversations even more powerful. As Organizational Development (OD) practitioners, we know that conversations are essential for surfacing multiple perspectives at work.
